(a)        Enterprises engaged in the manufacture or production of any Industry specified in the first Schedule to the industries (Development and regulation ) Act ,1951 and as notified by the Government from time to time.

 

  1. i) A micro enterprises is an enterprise where investment in plant and machinery (original cost) excluding land and building and the items specified as per Annexure does not exceed ` 00 Lacs.

 

  1. ii) A small enterprises is an enterprise where the investment in plant and machinery (original cost) excluding land and building and the items specified as per Annexure is more than ` 00 Lacs but does not exceed ` 5.00 Crore and

 

iii)        A medium enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in plant and machinery (original cost) excluding land and building and the items specified as per Annexure is more than ` 5.00 Crore but does not exceed ` 10.00  Crore.

 

(b)        All Bank loans to micro,small and medium enterprises engaged in providing or rendering services as defined in terms of investment in equipment under MSMED Act 2006

 

  • A micro enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in equipment does not exceed ` 00 Lacs.

 

 

 

 

 

(ii)        A small enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in equipment is more than ` 10.00 Lacs but doe not exceed  ` 2.00  Crore and

 

(iii)       A medium enterprise is an enterprise where the investment in equipment is more than ` 2.00  Crore but does not exceed ` 5.00  Crore.

 

Bank shall make all efforts to ensure timely and smooth flow of credit to such enterprises to minimize the incident of sickness among them and to enhance the competitiveness of such enterprises.  Request of credit facilities received from such enterprises shall be considered with utmost sympathy and no application to be rejected without the permission of Head Office.
